The Federation of Brahmin Associations is pleased to announce that Parichay is being relaunched, under the stewardship of Jyotikaben Pandya. To help publicise this event and make Parichay successful again to help Brahmins find their Life Partners, the help is needed from one and every Brahmin Samaj and Association to provide publicity and raise awareness of this unique service.

Brahmins Variety Show & Dinner

The Federation is pleased to invite all Brahmins in the United Kingdom to attend and come together to celebrate talented Brahmins perform in a Variety Show.
All Welcome
At present Federation activities are being rejuvenated and essentially involve collaboration between a few Samajs and Associations. Efforts are under way to encourage more of the Samajs and Associations to re-engage and become full and active participants of the Federation again.
In this spirit of rejuvenation a Variety Show and Dinner is planned and in an effort to make this an all-inclusive event, the organising committee wishes to extend this invitation to include all Brahmin Samajs and Associations scattered all over the United Kingdom to join and participate in this event and encourage all Brahmins located in their neighbourhoods to do the same.
Publicity
The event is being publicised via the various Brahmin Samajs and Associations, by post, email, facebook and other media. We would request that you pass this invitation and information to any Brahmin that may have been missed. We would request that you forward the attached fliers (English & Gujarati) to all individuals on your distribution list, place it on websites and facebook also.
Variety Show Participation
All individuals or groups who wish to participate and present an item should be requested to contact their local Samaj or Association co-ordinators in the first instance. If that is not possible then they can also contact the event organisers at brahmin.associations@yahoo.com Stage based entertainment items of all genres including singing, dancing, drama, comedy, magic and more will be welcomed.
Charges
£10.00 for 13yrs and older, £5.00 for 3yrs to 12yrs , whilst under 3yrs and – no charge
Limited Capacity
The venue capacity is limited, so you are urged to persuade everyone to book their place as soon as possible and avoid disappointment. Auditorium Seat allocation will be made on a first-come-first basis. Tickets may be booked by visiting: http://brahminsvariety2016.eventbrite.co.uk/ . Once you have booked your ticket you will receive an email with instructions about making the payment.
Car Park
There is limited parking at the venue. Guests can also use the V B & Sons and Tesco Car Park.
Volunteers
Volunteers will be needed at the event, to help co-ordinate back-stage and floor events, provide administrative support, serve refreshments, and Bhojan, help clean and clear, manage car-parking and so on. We would truly appreciate all your help. Please contact your local Samaj and Association members and put forward a list of volunteers to the organising committee.
Federation Update and Discussion
There may be an opportunity for a short presentation of the Federation activities, an open forum of discussion to provide useful feedback, upon Federation activities and suggestions or ideas for the future progress of Brahmins in the United Kingdom.
