The following are photos of the Federation of Shree Bardai Brahmin Samajs UK event to celebrate Trikamjibapu Janma Jayanti & Murti Prathista Pattotsav held on Sunday 17th January, 2016 at Shree Hindu Temple, Leicester. The event was well attended by Bardai Brahmins from all over the UK and included a Pooja ceremony, Trikamjibapu’s Satsang, a special presentation on Bapu’s life by Bhavesh Tribhovan Joshi (London), bhajans and Brahm Bhojan. We are hoping to link Bhavesh’s presentation to bardaionline as he plans to upload it onto a new website devoted to Trikamjibapu. A video of the day will also be linked on bardaionline.
The event concluded with a very good discussion on the way forward for UK Bardai Brahmins and what events the Federation should organise in the future. Ideas included events for the youth to ignite their interest in our Samaj and carry it forward for future generations and a summer trip to Scotland for all Federation members. Pradeep Pandit, the Federation President, thanked all volunteers in making the event a big success.
