બાપુના જન્મદિવસનો આંખે દેખ્યો અહેવાલ:
સૌથી પહેલા લેસ્ટરના પ્રમુખની “welcome speech” થી બધાને પ્રેમપૂર્વક આવકાર આપ્યો.
“સચ્ચિદાનંદ પ્રભુ પરમ કૃપાળુ પરમેશ્વર, તમે દિનદયાળુ વિશ્વંભર ઓમ ઓમ ઓમ.”
પૂજ્ય શ્રી ત્રિકમજીબાપુનો પ્રાગટય દિવસ છે પોષ સુદ સાતમ. પિતા હરિદાસ અને માતા લાછબાઈના ઘરે આ મહાન આત્માનું પ્રાગટય થયું.
લેસ્ટરના આંગણે પૂજ્ય બાપુનો જન્મદિવસ 22 મી જૂન 2024, શનિવારે ઉજવવામાં આવ્યો હતો. આ પ્રસંગની થોડી ઝાંખી કરીશું………
દિવસની શરૂઆતમાં જ વિઘ્નહર્તા ગજાનન ગણપતિ દાદાની પ્રાર્થનાથી શ્રી ત્રિકમજીબાપુની છબીનું સ્થાપન કરવામાં આવ્યું. લંડનથી ભક્તો આવ્યા, આસન સાથે પૂજ્ય બાપુની છબી લાવ્યા.
કુમારીકાઓના મંગલ કલશ અને ચંદનના તિલક સાથે અંતઃકરણપૂર્વક, પ્રેમભાવથી સ્વાગત કરવામાં આવ્યું. લેસ્ટરના પ્રમુખ શ્રીમાન હર્ષદભાઈ જોષી એ સહધર્મપત્ની સાથે “આનંદ મંગલ” આરતી કરીને ભક્તોએ સાથ આપ્યો.
મહેમાનો સાથે બધા માટે ચા, પાણી, નાસ્તા વગેરેની સગવડ કરવામાં આવી હતી. તે પછી દરેક કાર્યક્રમની જાહેરાત કમિટી મેમ્બર્સ રવિભાઈ દવે અને નિતાબેન થાનકી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવી હતી.
આપણા શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈ દવેનો લોર્ડમેયર અને ઉષાબેન ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈ દવેનો લૉર્ડમેયરસ તરીકે ખૂબ જ શિસ્તતાપૂર્વક સ્વાગત કરવામાં આવ્યું. એક બાળકને બાપુના પોષાકમાં તૈયાર કરીને સ્ટેજ પર લાવ્યા, અને આજુબાજુના બીજા બાળકોને બાપુના જન્મદિવસનો અનુભવ, પાર્ટી કરવાનો લ્હાવો મળ્યો.
લોર્ડમેયર માટે સરપ્રાઇઝ વિધિ હતી. સમાજની બાલિકા કૃષ્ણા જતીનભાઈ થાનકી દ્વારા સર્જન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈ દ્વારા ખૂબ જ આશ્ચર્ય સાથે અનાવરણ કરવામાં આવ્યું. લોર્ડમેયરનું ખૂબ જ સરસ જીવંત આવિર્ભાવ ઉપસાવતું હાથેથી દોરાયેલું ચિત્ર જોઈને માનવ મેદની ભાવવિભોર બની ગઈ.
બાપુના જન્મદિવસની ઉજવણીમાં બાપુને બત્તીઓના જગમગાટથી કેકની ગોઠવણી અપનાવવામાં આવી. ઇંગ્લેન્ડમાં વસતા જનસમુદાય તથા બાળકોના માનસ પર એવી છાપ હોય કે જન્મદિવસ એટલે કેકની ગણતરી હોય જ છે. કેકમાં ઋજુતા છે, કોમળતા છે, મીઠાશ છે, અને સુશોભિત, સુંદરતાથી શણગારેલ છે.
કેકના પ્રતિકથી બાપુના ભાવભીના આશીર્વાદ પામીને આપણે પાવન થઈએ છીએ. બાપુને નાળિયેર અને સાકર બહુ વહાલા છે, તેથી બાપુનો 160મો જન્મદિવસ હોવાથી 160 નાળિયેરના લાડુ ધરવામાં આવ્યા.
શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈને પોતાનો ભાવ પ્રગટ કરવાનો સમય આપવામાં આવ્યો. અશ્વિનભાઈ જોષીના વાણીમાં વેદમાતા ગાયત્રીની મહિમા સાંભળી, ભવિષ્યના કાર્યક્રમની વિગત, અશ્વમેઘ યજ્ઞ વિષેની જાણકારી આપવામાં આવી.
શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈ અને ઉષાબેન દ્વારા શિવ અભિષેક કરવામાં આવ્યો.
શ્રી ત્રિકમજીબાપુ સંત, સાધના કરતા, ઉપવાસ કરતા, ફળાહાર કરતા, તેથી બાપુને ખાસ કરીને ફળાહારની સામગ્રીથી ભરેલો થાળ ધરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. અહીં ભક્તોએ “બાપુ થાળ જમવા આવોને….” ગીત ગાયું.
ત્યાર બાદ લેસ્ટર, લંડન, બર્મિંગહામ, નોટિંગહામશાયરથી આવેલા દરેક સમાજના એક/એક વ્યક્તિ સાથે ચાર સમૂહ આરતીની વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવી હતી. અહીંનું દ્રશ્ય બ્રાહ્મણોની એકતા અને સંગઠનનું જીવંત ચિત્ર દર્શાવતું હતું.
તે પછી બ્રહ્મભોજનનો સમય થયો, અને આપણી સંસ્કૃતિ પ્રમાણે વિપ્રજનોના મંત્રોચ્ચારથી ભોજનની શરૂઆત થઈ. સંતોષપૂર્વક ભોજન કર્યા પછી કાર્યક્રમના બીજા ભાગમાં પ્રમુખ દ્વારા આભાર વિધિની જાહેરાત થઈ, આમંત્રણ આપેલા મહેમાનોને પોતાના મંતવ્યોની રજુઆત કરવાનો સમય આપવામાં આવ્યો.
તે પછી ખુશી સાથે રાસ, ગરબાના કાર્યક્રમનો આનંદ માણ્યો.
સાંજે 5 વાગ્યે ચા, પાણી પીને બધા સ્વગૃહે જવા માટે પ્રયાણ કર્યું.

Bapu’s Birthday Celebration:
First of all, the President of Leicester’s “welcome speech” warmly welcomed everyone.
“Satchidananda Prabhu, the supreme merciful Lord, you are the compassionate caretaker of the world, Om Om Om.”
The day of Pujya Shri Trikamjibapu’s manifestation is Posh Sud Satam. This great soul manifested at the home of father Haridas and mother Lachhbai.
Pujya Bapu’s birthday was celebrated in the Leicester courtyard on Saturday, 22nd June 2024. Let’s take a brief overview of the event…
The day began with the installation of Shri Trikamjibapu’s portrait, following prayers to the obstacle-remover Lord Ganesha. Devotees arrived from London, bringing with them Pujya Bapu’s portrait along with an altar.
The welcome was performed with love and respect by young girls carrying auspicious pots and applying sandalwood tilak. Leicester’s President, Shrimaan Harshadbhai Joshi, along with his wife, led the “Anand Mangal” aarti, joined by the devotees.
Arrangements were made for tea, water, and snacks for everyone, along with the guests. Then, the committee members, Ravibhai Dave and Nitaben Thanki, announced each program.
Our Shri Bhupendrabhai Dave, the Lord Mayor, and Ushaben Bhupendrabhai Dave, the Lady Mayoress, were welcomed with great discipline. A child dressed in Bapu’s attire was brought onto the stage, and other children nearby experienced the joy of celebrating Bapu’s birthday with a party.
There was a surprise event for the Lord Mayor, created by the community girl Krishna Jatinbhai Thanki. The unveiling was done with great surprise by Shri Bhupendrabhai. The live portrayal of the Lord Mayor, drawn by hand, deeply moved the audience.
In the celebration of Bapu’s birthday, the tradition of a cake illuminated by lights was adopted. The community in England and children have a strong impression that a birthday must include a cake. The cake embodies simplicity, tenderness, sweetness, and is adorned with decoration and beauty.
Through the symbolism of the cake, we receive Bapu’s heartfelt blessings and become sanctified. Bapu loves coconuts and sugar very much, so for Bapu’s 160th birthday, 160 coconut ladoos were offered.
Shri Bhupendrabhai was given time to express his sentiments. In the words of Ashwinbhai Joshi, we heard the glory of Vedmata Gayatri and were informed about future programs, including details about the Ashwamedh Yagna.
Shri Bhupendrabhai and Ushaben performed the Shiva Abhishek.
Shri Trikamjibapu was a saint, practiced meditation, fasted, and ate fruits, so a plate filled with fruit offerings was presented to Bapu. Here, devotees sang “Bapu thal jamva aavone…” (Bapu, come and have a meal…).
Following this, arrangements were made for four groups to perform aarti together, with representatives from Leicester, London, Birmingham, and Nottinghamshire. The scene reflected the unity and organisation of the Brahmins.
Then it was time for the communal meal (Brahmabhojan), which began with chants from the Viprajan according to our culture. After a satisfying meal, the second part of the program included the President’s vote of thanks, and the invited guests were given time to present their views.
Following this, everyone enjoyed the Ras and Garba programs with joy.
At 5 PM, after having tea and water, everyone departed for their homes.
